BEWARE!!!! We had an emergency at our clinic and needed our drain unclogged. They no -showed 5 different time slots they were scheduled with us. They never called me to let me know, I had to keep calling them to see what happened and where they were at. I also told them numerous times I can call someone else if you simply do not have the time but they kept promising they would be there. Finally the guy showed up, said it would be almost $1,000 to snake the drain which is absurd but felt like we didn’t have a choice at that point. The next day the drain was still clogged after running it and I have called them numerous times and management has promised to call me back three times and now…..4 days later still nothing from them. I will not be paying my bill and will have another reliable plumber come out today. This place is a scam.

Of there was an option of zero stars that's what I would be picking. I called for their service on Thursday, the confirmed service for the next day (friday) between 9-11. The tech called me around 10 to say they couldn't get out until 3. Then they didn't show up until 5 and didn't do anything! Told me they'd fix the issue around 10 Saturday morning. Called them back for an update at 12 and was told the tech would be there around 3. Got no response so I asked for an update and they just texted me back saying they couldn't get it and left it as is. Mind you this is a apartment complex with over 40 people in it. So needless to say these poor people sat without the usage of their toilets and the water has no been off for two days to avoid further flooding and damages. You guys ABSOLUTELY SUCK... Very unprofessional and their communication skills are horrible. Don't fall for their scams and run around. Reporting all this to the BBB and the Attorney General.

Jim & Rob did a wonderful job installing a new sink & dishwasher for me. They were very knowledgeable and professional. I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. Highly recommend them for any plumbing needs!

Hired to replace an outdoor faucet. Thought we'd done our homework. Checked reviews, and confirmed Tschida was a licensed plumbing company. Estimate $150 to $175 (unfortunately not written), stating the higher amount was if the water line needed to be cut (which it wasn't). Took him about 20 minutes and charged $185. He never turned the water back on to check the faucet for leaks, so we're glad it hasn't, but it's not the anti-siphon type required for code in St. Paul. It doesn't sit flush with the siding and it turns hard. Tschida has not returned my husband's call to install a faucet to code, so will pursue elsewhere. I would avoid this company but, if you do go with them, make sure you get a written estimate, know what your city's code standards are, and confirm they intend to comply with these on your job.

SCAM ALERT! This is no longer an operating business! Do not call and pay a service fee! They will steal your money! Police report filed and complaint with AG's office filed.

Travis and Eric from Tschida replaced our water heater and upgraded our pipes to improve water pressure. We were very happy with their work and the overall process. They take the time to educate you on your options and answer questions. Aside from being knowledgeable they are really nice guys, very easy to work with!

I had a leak in a pex line leading to the shower on my second level. I called at 8AM on Monday, they were here by 9, and done with the fix by 10AM. Fair pricing. They quickly assessed the issue, talked me through the options, and even did their best to put stuff back in place when they were finished. Friendly and professional staff.

Jim is honest, friendly, he has helped me with 4 bathroom remodels now, has saved me money and his work is top notch. I wouldn't call anyone else for my plumbing issues.
